Connection to Ali’s list
What is supported, and what is not
| Friends and contacts | Aug 20 contains repeated insults about Ali’s friends and Abdo’s stated anger; Aug 30 shows Abdo questioning Ali for talking with Aboud and insulting Ali. Neither proves harassment or jealousy as motive. |
|---|---|
| Personal boundary | Aug 21 shows Ali repeatedly telling Abdo not to involve a friend; Abdo says he will talk to him anyway. This establishes intent to disregard the request, not that contact was completed. |
| Respect / put-downs | Jul 29 includes “respect me and shut up” and “shut up” from Abdo during a disagreement. Sep 6 includes Abdo calling Ali “not decent” and using an insult while asking for a favor. Wording is clear; seriousness may be affected by their joking style. |
| Availability / pressure | Jul 29 is mixed: Abdo says he will not keep pushing Ali to play. On Aug 21, after Ali says his back is in bad shape and he cannot move from bed, Abdo says Ali will join anyway and gives him 15 minutes to rest and open the game. This supports pressure after a stated physical limitation, but not that Ali eventually joined or was forced to accept. |
| Family | Parent-directed curses are excluded. The scan did not find a clear, qualifying insult toward another member of Ali’s family. |
| Still unestablished | The reviewed messages do not prove repeated apologies followed by the same warned-about conduct, rejection of Ali’s advice, or Abdo saying Ali is too young to understand. |
Knowledge / awareness
Where Abdo was clearly told
Clear in the Aug 21 exchange
Ali says “تحكيش اشي” (“don’t say anything”) and repeats “تسويش اشي” (“don’t do anything”), then explains the friend’s issue is private and that Abdo’s action would harm him. Abdo replies “هحاكيه برضو مش هيضر اشيئ” (“I’ll talk to him anyway; it won’t hurt anything”). That is direct evidence Abdo knew Ali objected to this involvement before stating he would proceed.
Family-cursing awareness not assessed
The disputed message is excluded because Ali clarified it was not about him. The remaining evidence does not establish whether Abdo knew Ali’s specific boundary about insults toward Ali’s family.
